End of the road?
Well, I just tried to login my Guild Wars account and got "Your account has been blocked, please contact support" message. Is that basically saying that I'm banned or is there still a chance that I will be able to get on again?

Hmm...they probably had your account blocked while they were reviewing some actions. When they found what "you did" then they banned you.
Sometimes people are banned accidentally. Keep at Support. If you're innocent (and I don't mean to imply you aren't), they'll get it worked out for you. That's really all you can do as of now. |

oh so many posting in the same time:P What msg did you get 1st? Perma ban or this acc issue? If acc. issue is the 1st one, than I guess Katsumi is right, they were reviewing your actions and found out something you have done ( i am not saying you did anything) and than banned you.

Did you engage in any Botting? Abusive Language? Buy Gold or Items for real money or Have a Large Trade Transaction? Those things may have caused the ban. If you are not guilty you should contact PlayNC Support to review your banned status. Hopefully if it was in error your account will be reinstated. I think they do not totaly delete the account all together.
